I hired Marc Whitehead & Associates about a year and a half ago. They were very professional, and courteous. Whenever I had any questions or concerns they were ready to take my calls and answer my questions. When my day in court came the attorney was there on time and got me through the court proceedings and explained the whole process. I received a lump sum payment about 90 days later. I highly recommend them.

After being denied twice by SSA for disability over a year's time, we contacted Marc Whitehead and Assoc. for help. They were very caring and explained everything in detail that would be happening going into the SSA hearing. Anthony, our attorney, offered his advice, guidance and experience which made the process much less nerve racking. He represented my husband while at the hearing, making sure that my husband was able to relay to the judge every detail that needed to be brought forth to make his case to SSA. Seven weeks later, we received notice from SSA stating that his disability claim had been approved.
