Cordial, knowledgeable, professional, available... we used their services for our immigration process, not only the outcome is positive but the journey itself was pleasant, a team that makes you feel you are their only client when you know they are actually very busy. I feel for Ms Elizabeth Smith who had to answer our questions over and over again...always with courtesy and acurancy. Attorney Powers and Ms Smith would explain to you the whole application process in details so that you are aware and confident... we would definitely recommend them in fact we already did.

To all those going through any immigration process, this one is for you. The Power Law Firm (Mrs. Ruby Power & Her Team) is magical they make things happened. They might seem a little pricey but believe me when I say every dollar counts and is worth it. The team will fight for you when you can't fight for yourself or when other Law Firms have given up on you. The truth of the matter is no matter your immigration situation (facing deportation, a failed marriage, DECA, adoption, etc.) The Power Law Firm will always give you the opportunity to present your case to them honestly. They cannot help you if you lie about anything. Working with USCIS can be very challenging and frustrating, so please be patient when the Power Law Firm tells you they are working on your case. It might not seem like it but believe that their team is working on your case continuously behind the scene. The Power Law Firm are miracle workers, and all they demand is be honest and believe in them. That is all I did when I was told by another Law Firm, "There is nothing else we can do for you, we would have to transfer your case to the Power Law Firm because they are more experienced than us." It is difficult for another Law Firm to acknowledge their defeat especially when it comes to dealing with USCIS. I became a citizen of the United States of America because The POWER LAW FIRM never gave up on my case and they fought for me from deportation to Citizenship. Please allow them to fight your BATTLE with USCIS too so you can experience the American Dream (It does exist) Their service/time is worth every Penny; you wouldn't regret it, and they will communicate with you every step of the way. It is my pleasure to write this review for Ruby Powers and her amazing team. We had a bit of a difficult case in that I married a Swede and our girls were born in Dubai. I had spent many years living outside the US so proving my physical presence in the US was a challenge. Ruby and her team were amazing, extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. I have to give a special shout out to Elizabeth who we worked with very closely. This is not to slight anyone else however as everyone was amazing to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending Ruby and her team for any immigration issues no matter how complicated.

My wife and I first met and hired Ruby in 2011, I'm Brit, but now US citizen, my wife is Thai and now US resident. All thanks to Ruby and her team. The term hired is the official one but really we all became more like personal friends. Ruby and her team went to great lengths in many ways to take care of our cases. Our challenges with the immigration system became Ruby's challenges. Ruby and her team used their comprehensive understanding of the US immigration system and made far more effort (without giving details) than I expected an attorney would normally do.

My long time lady friend, then fiancée, now wife, had a tremendous experience working with Ruby Powers and our team. Starting in June 2016, we worked with Ruby on a I-129 fiancée visa to bring my wife to the US (she is from Kyrgyzstan) and obtain permanent resident status. In December 2016 she was approved to travel to the US and now in February 2018 she received permanent resident status (green card). Ruby and her team were very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with all the required forms and process. Everything went smooth without a hitch, for a very reasonable price. We could not have done it without them.

First we tried with SKYPE and that did not work and then we used MagicJack to talk from Vietnam to Houston. Ruby answered all of my questions and answered questions I did not know I had. I will be seeing her in June.

Its been a long journey ( one whole decade,) and being in removal proceedings, I have had the experience of working with several different attorneys/firms along the way. I would highly recommend Ruby Powers firm over any other I dealt with. I found their firm to be so much more "human". Ruby was always available, no matter who was dealing with my case. I got replies within minutes of sending an email somewhere at the end of my day. Which told me her day had not ended. I was a little nervous when I found that Ruby won't be dealing with my case directly. However, after meeting Jose Aponte in person, my fears were totally alleviated. My husband and I left there feeling he will do his best. And that is all we wanted. I knew there weren't any guarantees in immigration court, but regardless of the outcome that day, I knew I was in good hands. Being a woman of faith, it meant a lot more than words can express that Jose took the time to pray for us. Yes it's a win for him, but I sense that for him, his clients are more than just that.

Went for my biometrics appt and they asked me for my marriage license. I didn't have it with me I called my lawyer and Cristina which she is amazing, immediately emailed a copy to me and didn't have to get rescheduled. They will always respond to your emails right away and always keep you on the loop. I definitely recommend them.
