The team at Mark Whitehead & Associates performed as true professionals. This team that I had the pleasure to work with including Anthony Vessel, Chris Davila and Kimberly Warren. All three of these individuals were very professional as well, very responsive to answer, or address and explain the process of filing for Disability. I would recommend them this firm to everyone. One thing I would like to let everyone know, is that this is a process that runs through our federal government and it takes time to get the answers from the government. It is not their fault by any means for the length of time that this process takes. You will be informed by them about certain parts of your case as soon as they have received the information from our government. Please understand that they cannot accelerate how fast our government works. I assure you that you will get frustrated during this process, All firms go through the same process, However, Mark Whitehead & Associates make sure that you’re informed Immediately that’s your case when they are informed. The staff was very helpful Kevin Reany in the beginning. Chris Stevenson was the most professional and graceful. He is to be praised. Chris is exceptional always answers phone return emails. He is truly an asset to your staff. I recommend Chris as perfectionists.

The intake process was very efficient and Erika was so compassionate and understanding. She kept me informed every step of the way and followed up on all my questions promptly. During a stressful situation, she helped to put my mind at ease.

From day one I was not treated with the respect as a person that needed guidance with step by step. I think all they were looking for was $$$. Thinking back I could have done this on my own. The person overseeing my claim was rude and impersonal. There was a huge delay which was frustrating to say the least.Not only that but once I was given verbal instructions, and already completed that task received an email stating the exact same thing, which made me confused as I had already followed the instructions given. Towards the end of the process I was told by her that I needed to take on tasks because she was too busy to handle my claim with the care and concern that I feel it deserved.
