I was in an accident just over 4 years ago, and with the perseverance, knowledge, and just all-around amazingness of my team at Marc Whitehead, we were able to attain a Fully Favorable decision on my SSDI claim. It's a long tedious process, but Whitehead and Assoc. Definitely has what it takes to be successful...They're busy so communication can be a little slow, but that really has Zero bearing on the entire process...I would Absolutely Recommend this firm before even looking for another...Much Obliged for their help, tg...

When I contacted Marc Whitehead & Associates I had already been turned down for disability and was worried and anxious. They don't even take the time to talk to the potential client before assuming they can't help you. I asked her (Agnes Lopez) to call back in 5 min an 3 min later she emailed she couldn't help us. She didn't even talk to him, I would find another lawyer. This one doesn't care at all If I could give it 0 stars I would. 👎

Hello. I have to say that this was an unknown process for me. But Erica Wilson, John Rios and Kimberly Warren made it seem so easy. I am really great-full with them and the firm they represent. They manage every aspect of this process thru emails, text messages, phone calls and mail. They used everything necessary and available to make sure every aspect was cover!
