Sara Hashmi is an incredible and knowledgeable attorney. Not only is she professional and dedicated but she is compassionate and genuinely cares for her clients. Her commitment to me and my malpractice case went above and beyond what I ever expected from an attorney. She always made herself accessible and kept me informed every step of the way. She made sure I understood the process, used layman terms and had the patience to go over things again and again if need be. She never got to meet my husband but she cared enough to take the time to get to know him, the significance of his life and the impact of his death. And with that she fought for him as if fighting for her own family member. To her, he mattered, his life mattered and the cause of his death mattered. As a grieving wife, as a client, you not only want that but you need that from your attorney. With Sara I never felt like I was just a client, I was a real person facing the most devastating time in my life while also trying to get justice for how my husband was taken from me. Sara recognized that, she had empathy for that and she always acknowledged that. I will forever be grateful to Sara, not only for being my attorney but for her kind, honest, authentic and remarkable character. To me, those are all qualities that you want your attorney to have. I was badly injured from an acc ident and I didn't know what to do. Some time had passed and I had given up on it, but my son told me to call this man. His name was David McNeal and he is an attorney at this law firm. The person who was at fault kept delaying and didn't check on me or my injuries. Just lip service. So my son brought me up to the law firm because he was real confident in what David and the law firm could do for me. I gave them all of the information I had and David and the team at sorrels handled it professionally and promptly. The real thing I liked was when I called I always got an answer and a return call from the attorney and would get explanations of what was going on and i was constantly asking questions. I teach a class at church but this experience taught me a great lesson which is to listen even if its to my son because he was right this time.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible communication, so many inconsistencies. Hard to get in contact with dealing with your case. Luckily I was reassigned to the closing rep Faith she was a big help. Overall 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

I literally hate that I even got in a car accident , I moved here 2022 September and was in a accident January 2023 , I don't know how things work in Texas but this has been the worst experience I've had thus far . I feel my issues hurt etc. wasn't even thought about they're just worried about paper work and a check. no type of concern about my well being health nothing . I'm very disappointed. I will say Manus Health was absolutely amazing to me, always checked on me made sure i was doing ok and went above and beyond making sure I got in to see them.

My daughter and I was injured in a collision when my vehicle was struck by a vehicle from behind. This was around the time Covid hit, which delayed my case, however, David McNeal and his team were able to answer all inquiries and kept me informed of any updates throughout my case.
