I am an attorney who received a call from a friend, out of state, who needed representation for a probate in Houston. I called Diggs & Sadler because they have an attorney who went to the same law school I did, and I was trying to help a fellow alum out with a referral. I called and left messages on three separate occasions. Not once did anybody contact me. As a fellow attorney, I find it a professional courtesy to respond in a timely manner, especially to other attorneys, and yet, 6 days later, I have heard nothing. I eventually referred it to somebody else. Judging from other reviews, this lack of response is rather common.

For the past 2 yrs Attorney Shannon, has been on my side. At no moment did she ever doubted me. Never pushed me to take a plead deal. She is amazing, tough in court, but a very kind and understanding person. If you're ever in need an attorney for a very tough case she is the person to go for. You won't be disappointed!
