Tesha Peeples is, without a doubt the most professional and experienced attorney you want advocating for you. She is compassionate and concerned for your situation while she builds your case. Tesha definitely had an uphill battle with my ex husband’s lawsuit to modify the divorce decree. However, she was so thorough, so detail oriented and so focused on every aspect of his concerns for modification that the judge saw through his smoke and mirrors and denied ALL his requests for modifications. Not one request was qranted to my ex husband by the judge. Tesha, you are the best of the best!

I hired Jessica Schneider and Ann Kuykendall for my child custody case. They took over $10,000 from me and at the very end of the case they decided they "couldn't communicate effectively with me" so they no longer could represent me and that I should go look to hire another attorney. They are still contacting me asking for more money for things they haven't done. I initially hired Jessica and rarely ever communicated with her directly, it was always Ann I was communicating with even though she wasn't the one I hired. They also won't tell you that there's usually 5-8 other people on your case that you have to pay them as well on top of the original attorney hired. I would highly recommend finding a different law firm and not going with Diggs and Sadler, they take your money and then decide after they take all your money that they can't communicate with you.
