Mr. Wyly worked on my very difficult case with great knowledge and diligence for almost five years until we were ready to go to trial at which time the insurance company made an offer to settle. The settlement offer was lower that I would have liked but we both agreed that it was the best way to settle. Brad was not only an outstanding attorney but also a good counsellor, with much appreciated advise.
