Highly recommend! I was hit by a teenager who was texting and driving while I was stopped on the freeway. I had never been in an accident prior to this so I was completely ignorant on what to do from here. My parents told me to call her insurance but they didn't respond in a timely manner so I went with Smith and Hassler to help me get through this and I am so glad that I did. Immediately the process was explained to me and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I felt that I was being taken care of by folks who really wanted to help me and talked me through each step of the way. Any time I had an inquiry, they were very quick with a response either calling or emailing me the same day. If you or anyone you know has been injured in an accident, I highly recommend going through Smith and Hassler.

I used this firm for a truck wreck. They where great , it started during the Covid issue, them stayed on top off it My attorney Brian Stansell was there every step and was very helpful . I can't recommend Cris enough, I hired him after I got charged with DUI while on probation and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Cris made the whole court experience really easy and was always a text away if I had any questions or concerns. My case dragged on for over a year but he was finally able to get my desired outcome which was a DISMISSAL! I couldn't believe he was able to do it even with a blood toxicology report being used against me. You get what you pay for with Cris and you can be sure he'll do all in his power to get your desired outcome, would recommend him to anybody dealing with a DUI.
