I was so disappointed when told that I would receive a $25 gift card to Amazon or Target if I left a "good" review. I was told to screenshot my review to receive the gift card. I believe in unbiased, not bought reviews. I would say the experience was ok. Not exceptional as in the 5 stars but perhaps they received their gift card. I had to make calls and send emails to get any updates in my claim. Seldom did anyone reach out and normally after which I inquired. The doctors that I was sent to under the Smith and Hassler were the worse. It's clear they are trying to get as much as they can with mediocre treatment. Don't expect much in personalized service. Make a decision who you hire perhaps by referrals and not Google reviews.

They are good and work with help in every way

Chris really went above and beyond for me. I was faced with a difficult case (Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon) with around 2-20 years potentially, but through his guiding and letting him take lead he was able to do what I thought was unthinkable. He was able to get it reduced to a dismissal and it being sealed from my record upon completion of terms. Truly grateful to him and the Denuna firm entirely!
