Jon was able to allow me to continue my life in another state after being extradited to Houston on a 3yr old warrant. He was fast, effective, compassionate and very understanding. After COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, I got 2 traffic tickets in 2 weeks due to police cracking down for more revenue. Kaia was efficient, helpful, and thought about my convenience, both in terms of managing costs and in terms of my time (we did not have to go to court, I did not have to do driver's ed, no insurance points, and one of my tickets was dismissed).
