On March 28, 2018 (a Saturday night) I was pulled over in Montgomery County initially for speeding (71 in a 45) after leaving a friends wedding. First of all, I wasn’t completely familiar with the area. I had a few drinks while attending this wedding and after the cop had pulled me over he obviously smelled the presence of alcohol. After having me get out of the vehicle and making me do his series of field sobriety tests, the officer decided to put me under arrest. Upon further investigation the cop then found an OPEN CONTAINER in the vehicle. The cop then took me to get my blood drawn at a local hospital, and after doing so we were off to jail. After I get out of jail and go back to work the next day completely bummed thinking to myself, how am I ever going to get out of this. A co worker at the time, told me that I should check out this lawyer named Sean Darvishi. So I decided to call him on my lunch break that day, me making that phone call was probably the VERY best decision that I have ever made! From the beginning I could tell this guy was truthful and honest with me. He didn’t try to fill me with empty promises and false hope on how this case could possibly go, he shot me straight from the very beginning, that these things can go either way. A couple of weeks later my blood results come in which came out to a .116, After going over all the details with Sean about this case and weighing our options, we felt it was best to roll the dice and take this to trial and giving us the opportunity of at least having a chance to beat this thing. I knew if I did have the slightest bit of chance at beating this case, that I had the BEST guy available to go and get that job done. I was not let down with that decision. When trial started you could see that he had completely flipped a switch, and from that point on it was all business from the very second the trial started until the very end, he was highly aggressive but also had all the knowledge in the world to back it up when it came down to the science aspect of this case. Even the judge seemed to be in awe at certain times throughout this trial. Needless to say on 2/26/2019 I heard the words “WE THE JURY FIND THE DEFENDANT NOT GUILTY” and it’s honestly one of the greatest feelings in the world. I could have never accomplished this without Sean and his team. No matter what you’re case may be I ask that you at least give this guy a call. I can promise you that you will not regret it. I know as for myself, if I ever come across someone facing the same problems I faced, that you can guarantee i will 100% endorse Sean Darvishi. I honestly can’t thank Sean and his team enough. Sean Darvishi is truly an absolutely phenomenal attorney in every aspect and I could not be beyond more grateful to have hired him as my legal council during such a troubling time. I had been arrested for a DWI back in March of 2017 and he did a fantastic job keeping me up to date with the proceedings of my ALR hearing, court hearings, gathering all the evidence and reviewing it with me. Another thing I really liked and respected most about Sean was that he pulled no punches and gave only realistic expectations. There are many out there who sell empty promises just to get your business and underdeliver. Sean gave it to me straight from the beginning, we reviewed everything and to be perfectly honest with whoever is reading this, my case didn't look too good. The state was certainly not backing down or offering any sort of decent plea and after deliberating the risk vs. reward with Sean for a bit we decided on rolling the dice and taking it to trial. I could not be more glad we did, the jury selection process was a bit nerve racking, I mean you are literally selecting 6 strangers out of around 30 that are going to decide your fate. That's tough to swallow for any man but he maintained his poise as always and asked all the right questions. In the end we had 6 jurors we felt confident would be impartial and listen to the facts. Remember it is on the state to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, not the defense. This is where Sean's star really shined the brightest as he is not only well educated on the law but in science as well. Watching him rip apart the state's witnesses and them stumble over their words as he unleashed fact after fact that they had no answer for and his level of detail was truly something to marvel at. His opening, as well as, closing statements were airtight, in the end I was found not guilty by the jury and am writing this as a free man. About the only thing Sean may be better at then being an exceptional attorney is as an individual. He is a loving husband, father, and really down to earth guy who cares about his clients. I am most definitely one and done when it comes to being charged with a DWI, it has been both a very costly and humbling experience to say the very least which anyone who has been through one can certainly tell you. However, if you ever find yourself is this unfortunate predicament I wholeheartedly implore you please contact Sean Darvishi ASAP! Dont wait, trying to navigate the complexities of the law yourself is akin to trying to attempt open heart surgery after watching a few YouTube videos. You hopefully wouldn't ever do that and you shouldn't do it here when its your life literally hanging in the balance. Trust me, there are many overpriced DWI/DUI attorneys out there that couldn't even begin to hold a candle to what Sean brings to the table or the courtroom. What is your freedom worth? You owe it to yourself to at least consult with the man, I have no doubt once you do you will realize he is the one you want fighting for you and beside you.
