I was referred to Joe from another attorney here in my office after I received a speeding ticket in December 2017. I received a citation for unauthorized lighting and failure to promptly halt at a stop sign. Mr. Garcia, with his many years of experience, took on my case. He put time and effort into it and was able to get both infractions dismissed. Aside from his experience, he is a great communicator.
