I don’t think words can express how grateful I am to have found Charles J. Argento & Associates at the time we did. My boyfriend was in a major car accident where a drunk driver had hit him head on and we were at a loss for what to do. We are young adults who recently moved to the Houston area earlier this year and had no support line or any knowledge on who to go to. Charles J. Argento & Associates seemed to almost swoop in and save the day as dramatic as that sounds. I was so stressed out with handling everything with my boyfriend and I had never dealt with the legal system before so I had to trust that they had the reins on this and they more than did. They came to the hospital and met us so I wouldn’t have to leave my boyfriends side and broke down the process which was extremely helpful because as I said I was extremely unfamiliar with the system and they made sure that we felt comfortable with every move. As the process continued I was able to fully care for my boyfriend during his recovery and could trust that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. Every time there was an update or any information they needed they were quick to reach out and making sure we were as up to date as they were. The transparency behind the entire process is really what sealed the deal, feeling included in the process made our relationship that much better. They don’t stop showing you how much they care throughout the entire process and even after it’s over. Thank you so much to Charles J. These guys are absolutely amazing! Charles Argento is a super intelligent lawyer who is willing to think outside the box. They also love what they do, which is very important if you want someone to do a great job. Their support staff is also incredible. The whole team did an amazing job of keeping track of the details and keeping us informed on the status of our case every step of the way. Hello world let me start off by saying Charles Argento was very helpful throughout the whole case he was always there when I needed him. His staff is very amazing as well. If I had to judge the law firm, I will give it a 25 out of 25 meaning grade A .I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone even if you’re out of state, I mean, the guy is terrific, reasonable understanding that was not one time he did not answer my phone call when I needed to ask a question about the case I will continue to pass the word to people and advise them and highly recommend to Mr.Argento if they were to ever get in an accident I would refer them to Charles Argento.
