I give them five star still but I think they know they should get four at best with the case I was in. They left me waiting for a year or so with no message or call about my case. And leaving someone waiting for that long we’ll they should at least check up on me or something. Leaving me in the dark clueless is not good. So I had to reach back at them … and ask about my forgotten case … because as a paying client I deserve to know also I wanted to sign up for a academy class to further my career.. and they happened to do a deep background check. Sonia was really helpful in this aspect despite me being a little triggered already. Once she saw Jed never gave me a call back … she got right away and starting sending me messages about my case and what not. Now I didn’t know I had to close my case .. and I definitely didn’t know it was a charge for that .. that’s something I wish I would of been told by my lawyers beforehand but they took in the favor and again provided for me and lead me in the right direction. I appreciate jed and Sonia for going long lengths for me and my case . They are really humble people.

Jed Silverman and his team were great throughout the entire process. Jed Silverman explained the case outcome in detail which made me feel confident. Most of the times, I was talking to Sonia which she would answer all of my questions and get back to me promptly.
