I have had a few attorneys and I would say the thing that sticks out about Rand is his prompt response no matter what the case may be. He supports his clients and he genuinely cares about them. You can tell some lawyers do it just for the earnings but it's something that he takes dignity in and does it sufficiently. His sense of humor and his professional manner is enough to make light of an unfavorable mood. He took care of my case at a very reasonable price and was exceptionally thorough. I highly advise this attorney for any criminal case if you want the solutions you want and fast.

Rand was a life saver. Judge Johnson wanted to revoke my parole and issued a warrant for my arrest; even though 100% of the restitution I owed was paid. I was referred to Rand. I could sense that Rand Mintzer was head and shoulders above the rest on our first phone conversation. I was facing a felony charge base on a false accusation related to an auto-pedestrian accident that never occurred. I had never been charged with anything more than driving over the speed limit before this. On that first call he took the time to explain exactly what I was facing, how it would work, and what the chances were of a successful outcome. He spoke with authority and didn’t play any games. He always picks up the phone when I call and always has his door open. His rates and payment terms are very fair. Best of all, he was able to get the case dismissed by the Grand Jury and the charges were dropped. I can’t recommend Rand Mintzer highly enough!

Rand got my son's criminal case dismissed in less than two weeks. Every other attorney I called wanted to charge me at least double to represent my son.
