James Alston did a great job for my son.He was very understanding of my sons situation.This situation took a while to resolve, no fault to James. There was extenuating circumstances that delayed resolution.Even though James was paid in full, when the time came he put in the time and we received the results we wanted.I would definitely recommend him as a criminal lawyer.

Mr Alston is an excellent lawyer who cares for his clients needs and always wants the best for them. I was looking at serious time with a federal charge and Mr Alston got me on Home Confinement without serving time which with the charge I had it seemed impossible not to serve time but Mr Alston is that good at what he does.
