After discovering some of the positive reviews of Mr. Alston online I decided to give him a call for a consultation. Initially, I had spoken with one of the Law office representatives to set an appointment and gauge the cost of the initial consultation. I received a call from Mr. Alston within minutes after hanging up with his representative! We received weekly follow-up calls and emails from Sofia (she is incredible) and our case was settled in just a little over a year. I was a “fact witness” for the defense in a medical fraud federal trial and felt like i was being “intimidated” by the prosecution if I testified for this other person. Mr James handled my case. Despite all the complications and other law enforcement tried hard to defame my name with non related issues to my case. Mr James sends not to run out of tricks to force the DA into a narrow options and ultimately dismiss my case. Mr James was professional and available to all my questions.
