I’m sure Mark as as great as he says but my experience with the firm was not great. My initial lawyer hardly made contact before leaving the firm. 6 months later I’m reaching out to them to learn I was reassigned the new lawyer. Still no evidence video btw!!! They said they backed up because of covid which i found to be BS. Both Mark and my attorney, Kacie tried to get me to sign PTI as a first time offender saying that a judge would never dismiss my case based on my blood test. Again they based this decision on the police report without looking at my arrest video. Long story short I got another lawyer that was cheaper !!!! And after FINALLY seeing my arrest video we knew we could fight the case. Denuna law firm was able to get it dismissed. They were willing to go to trial for me without charging more. I just found it ridiculous that they didn’t even try although their testimony stories on their page say he has dismissed felony charges or third time DWI for some people. Yet Mark believe the judge would dismiss my case. what a rip off.

I highly recommend Mr.Ruiz as he is very good at what he does. He has wonderful responsiveness and he ultimately got my felony dismissed right before Christmas! Having Mr. Ruiz on my side was the best decision I have made. Thank you so much!

Before contacting Mr. Ruiz I had no idea what the outcome of my case would be. He made sure I understood everything that was going on throughout the entire legal process and was easy to reach whenever I had questions. Let me first say I am THANKFUL to have of found the right attorney to help me with my situation. There are so many attorneys out here that will give you the run around on how much they can help you and or will do so much for you, yet they don't actually fight for you. I did not have that problem at all with Mr. Ruiz. He fought for me on a case that I knew was a case that I could beat with the right person. I talked to other attorneys that told me I did not have much of a chance and I was looking at a really hard case to beat. Mr. Ruiz always communicated with me on what was going on with my case and what I should do. He was not accepting any deals they offered and told me I shouldn't accept them either. We decided to take this to trial, and 2 weeks before trial, he got my case DISMISSED! I am so Thankful for his service and glad I found the right Attorney to fight for me. While on this struggle, I had a revoke and was very worried about that and he got that dismissed as well. That is when I knew I had the right person for my case. It is so hard to have something pending not knowing the outcome and what your future holds, but my faith in Mr. Ruiz was for sure the best decision I made to help me get through my worries. Mark helped me get my life by back getting my charge dismissed. I was innocent from the jump and he helped the judge see it! 10/10 recommend this place if you get a DUI.
