Paul OConnell is a joke. I hired the attorney to address extent of injury. The insurance company accepted the brain injury and was paying workers comp. And not for shoulder or back. If you are currently receiving comp please do not hire this guy. He does nothing and no communication. You will receive approval receipts from TDI authorizing payments. At the end I called OConnell about the report interpretation. I was told to read it and it would tell me he hung up the phone. A couple days later I get a letter dismissing himself as my attorney. No stars. A below standard.

Mr. Paul O'Connell was my attorney for my workers compensation case. His services were very unprofessional. He failed to summit the proper paper work twice. He would not returns calls promptly. He received payment from my WC checks, but hardly did any work.
