Larry Trimble is not afraid to take on Workmans Comp! He will fight for you and won’t give up until he wins your case. He won my case and got them to pay for my surgery and all the back pay they owed me. He is a very down to earth and sincere person. He is totally honest and does not sugar coat anything. Look no further, you have found the best lawyer for your case! If I ever need a lawyer again he will be the first person I will call.

This place was recommended to my family after being in a car accident. The people that recommended them to us were under the care of Mr. Trimble meanwhile our attorney was Mr. Grant. We were happy to start our case with them due to all the positive reviews and compliments about this law firm, however our experience was very different. Mr. Grant said that his "law firm would be more than happy to represent us" after collecting all the information he needed, we signed our contracts with them and waited. A month passed before we were finally told that they were dropping our case. We were being set up to receive treatment due to our pain from the accident but then they just stopped the process and never openly communicated with us after that. We had to go out of our way to call them only for them to then let us know they had dropped our case 3 weeks ago and just decided not to let us know at all. After being informed they were dropping our case, that's when they decided it would be appropriate to send us the letter formally telling us and informing us they were dropping our case. When asked why they were dropping our case Mr. Grant said that it was because he didn't feel confident enough that he could win the case even though he had all the same information when he decided to represent the case. I don't hold a grudge against this Law Firm or hate them, I am just severely disappointed and let down by how they acted. Due to their lack of communication and professionalism, I effectively wasted one month of my time that I could've spent with another Law Firm receiving treatment, however, due to the one-month gap in my treatment it is very doubtful that another Law Firm will take my case, and am just stuck with my injuries. Overall, I would rate them less than one if I could but I sadly can't. There is no excuse for making a person wait one month and go exceptionally out of their way only to find out their case was dropped and they were just never informed. However, many people seem happy with their services so maybe they were just in a bad mood when handling my case, I don't know. While I recommend seeking out someone more professional, if you choose to stick with Trimble and Grant I hope it goes well and wish you the complete opposite of how they treated me. I was injured 2 years ago at work and started having difficulties dealing with the insurance company. This was not the first time I'd ever been injured and had to hire an attorney. Due to previous experiences with attorneys I was very reluctant and apprehensive about hiring an attorney. After talking to Larry Trimble for a very short period of time I knew this was the guy I wanted in my corner. He actually cared but he wasn't fake and explained everything in a manner that could be understood by someone who didn't know the laws. He was never FAKE!!! What I mean is he never promised anything he couldn't come thru on and he never lied. Anytime I had an issue I called and he handled it immediately. I'm hoping I never go thru another injury but if I do Mr. Trimble will be the first person I call. If he was in court or unavailable for any reason his staff also made sure any problems I had was a priority. Mr. Trimble, Amy, and his staff did an excellent job on my behalf. I very highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed!!!!
