I found the retreat to be immensely helpful. I enjoyed the small group size which allowed us to really hunker down and tackle our biggest issues personally, but also gave us enough time to learn from each other. Ruby was excellent at guiding us through meaningful conversations about where we are in our respective businesses and offered valuable insights on how to level up. I was excited to share this opportunity with friends at other firms.

I cannot thank Ruby enough! The Power Up Retreat! was an intensive 2-day business course for your law practice. We are lawyers and I never really understood how to run a business or a law firm. I am used to just praying that everything will work out. The Power Up Retreat! helped me get focused, find my vision, and future goals so I am not praying everything will work out. The Power Up Retreat! helped me see how certain business ideas, mechanisms, and technology will help me restart my practice and grow it.

We were referred to the Powers Law Firm after wasting almost two years with a much bigger firm going nowhere. Ruby and her team were a game changer. We had two expert employees approved through this Firm. Immigration law can be challenging in many ways. If you ever received a six page RFE you know what we mean.
