Worst experience ever with the laywer "Bashist M. Sharma". I had an appointment yesterday Friday June 21st at 10:30am with Sharma and confirmed my appointment that same morning just to make sure. I was there right at 10:30am with my wife and child and to our surprise, the laywer is not there! Brenda (the front desk lady) told us nicely that she'll call the laywer and tell her that we're here so that she can leave her home right away and come to the office. Wait WHAT?! so the lawyer knows we're coming, but still chose to stay home and wait for her assistant to call her and tell her we're here and THEN leave home!! So we waited around 15mins and Brenda and Ashley (the other lady) where very nice and offered us water and coffee. Then, Ashley told us that the lawyer will not be able to come because she was caught up in something. I told her I need to get on a conference call with her and this is not acceptable since we had an appointment. She called Sharma and Sharma agreed to do a conference call. During the call, it was obvious that she didn't care about my case and she just wanted to end the conversation. Truly enough, nearly 10mins through the call, Sharma stops me, and tells me that she needs to go to take care of personal business! Long story short, we paid for the consultation session, and left the office with many un-answered questions, which Ashly nicely wrote down. Next day i call the office and Sharma picks up the phone and she said "we are closed today, but how can i help you?" and then when i started asking questions, she just hung up in my face! I thought the phone call was dropped, so i called again, and again, and again,.... 22 times and she never picked up after that. To make matters even worse, her mail box is always full! Conclusion: Front desk ladies (Brenda & Ashley) were super nice, but the main office Lawyer Ms Sharma was rude, not caring, and totally UNPROFESSIONAL.
