Dan is literally the best lawyer I have every had, no other lawyer has ever kept me so calm during my court dates. I told him I didn’t want probation nor go to jail and boom just did a class real quick and my case was dismissed. This is the type of lawyers you want to keep on speed dial when things get tough with the guys in BLUE. I would recommend him to anyone, thanks DAN for saving my butt lol.

He got my kid's felony and 2 misdemeanors dismissed and expunged. He is great to work with and always responds to my texts. I cant him recommend enough. We will surely being using Dan again for any future issues we may run up against that require a lawyer.

Dan Simonds is literally fantastic. I was charged with a DUI last year in late August, and gave Dan a call. After just a few questions, he informed me he could get it dismissed, no doubt. That made me feel better but I was still worried about what might happen. BUT, as of September this year, my case has been dismissed... I don't know why I worried at all, I mean he explained the steps to getting it dismissed, and always kept me in the loop about what was going on currently, or what was coming next. Out of all the times I reached out to him with questions or responses, there was not one time that I didn't get a response from Dan within a few minutes. I mean he really did deliver to me, as one of his clients. Going through the months, he would encourage me to keep going and I was almost there, any late payments were NOT met with anger, he was so logical and reasonable about finances, and at the end of the day, Dan said he would get it dismissed from day one, and that's simply just what he did. I am so relieved I found his representation, and would send anyone who needed his help his way.

First of all I would highly recommend him to anyone I hired him for one of my cases which was a DWI and he beat it and then I’ll hire him again on two new cases very strong cases and he got them dismissed he will fight for you till the end he fought for me once again I will recommend him the best in Texas

He helped with my case, very good, honestly was really down in time with making choices and had priorities all wrong but thanks to him and helping me with a lower sentence and my license.
