Karina del sol or whatever her name is is a horrible assistant attorney. Won't return my calls or messages. Sends me to voice mail , just all around a horrible experience with this firm. Highly recommend not using these people ever

I really recommend Jim Alder & Associates specially Patricia Ramírez, she explained the entire process to me and answered all my doubts and concerns that I had, she is very focused on customer service.
She always returns my calls, which I see as a very important matter, because other lawyers you have to be behind them, just to answer or return their phone calls.
And you just have to be patient, because it really takes time or maybe my case took a long time.
But, I would not hesitate to recommend Patricia's services to any of my family and friends.
