I appreciate the excellent customer service I experienced working with JSA. My Case Manager, Sandra Hermosa, was attentive and expressed genuine concern regarding ensuring my property damage was addresses and provided the personal touch of contacting me by phone with updates regarding my case. I have included "before & after pictures" - before the repairs & after. I definitely recommend JSA.
