From Dona Hinton to Alexis Pena, who handled all my paperwork and called me to make sure I got what paperwork I needed to get to them, to Bill Adler, who was overseeing my whole case and also called to make sure everything was handled in an appropriate manner, and my closing coordinator Patricia Ramirez who called and introduced herself as soon as she received my file. I also got more than expected from the accident with their help. All I know if I ever get in another wreck I know exactly who to contact. It will be the Jim Adler's office in Channelview.
