Celeste Y. Garcia was phenomenal help to me. She kept me in the loop with updates, emails and phone calls. She answered any and all questions that I may have had. Her response time was amazing. She even completed my paperwork before leaving for the weekend.

With my son's case I was pleased! They did a great job with my son's case and got more then we were expecting. They also got all the medical bills taken care of. With my case they have stopped communicating with me. I do not know how may people have worked on my case and the last agent who had my case stated that she had my case for over a month and has done nothing with it. I have repeatedly told them if they need help getting records they just have to let me know and I would be glad to help them, but again they are not communicating with me. This is a finder bender case. I could not walk properly for 2 weeks and it is taking them over a year to get 2 months worth of records. I do not understand this. My attorney has now changed to Bill Adler so I am hoping things will change.

I was rearended and my back now hurts all the time..for starters i went to this office thinking Jim Adler was gonna be my lawyer ,he pushed me off to a rinky dink lawyer becuase my case wasnt worth his time and i didnt even know about that till my case was almost over...then some chick called me and offered me a low ball offer becuase im an ex-convict..she said that if i took it to litigations that the judge might not give me anything becuase of that, so i had no choice so i thought but by the time i changed my mind about the low ball offer; they had already made me the check..PLEASE USE A DIFFRENT LAWYER!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND HIM!
