I am in between the outcome of my case but I guess all cases are different My case took about 9 months and I got a little more than the insurance company offered me before I contacted a lawyer. I guess I was expecting more. This was not the case, all in all customer service was good although I had to contact the office instead of them calling to give me updates.

My experience with this firm was great after I talked to Eva Murn, I felt more at ease regarding the outcome of my case.
