Never once did I ever speak to the attorney in charge of my claim. Never given any updates unless I called in to ask, Treated as if I was the one against my self, no respect seemed as if they were working for the insurance company I had a claim with telling me that I wasn't hit hard enough to get much damages yet still have a stiff neck at times.had Dr. had given me weeks of work notices on paper and yet they had no idea of what I was talking about , yea we got the weeks of treatment notices,not even what was noted by my email picture of paper notice of time off work. They could not even cover the medical cost of $12,000 had to get reduced medical cost to get paid an even amount 3 ways less than $10,000 split 3 ways...for two months off work not even the coverage for my insurance payment going up for an accident I didn't ask for, not my fault but couldn't get the proper compensation.
