Kuteyi law firm did an amazing legal defense for me. Mrs Kuteyi was professional, assuring and the best I could have ask for in my divorce proceeding. She was brilliant, composed and thorough understanding of the case. She is calm in court but don’t be fool she is made of steel when presenting her case. In addition, her administrative staff her amazing. They take you along with your case as it develops and 100% good customer service. She litigate my divorce, won me my primary custody, got me every penny of my back child support including healthcare for my kids, most of all fought me back my inheritance cash down payment from the marital property that i had put towards the house even when it look like it was not possible at the beginning. Paying Kuteyi law firm to handle my custody case was a huge mistake. There was almost zero communication during the process and once we got to mediation I was given zero council. By the end of it I was told that if I tried to fight the proposal in court that I would end up with less rights as a parent than I was being given at mediation. I paid $4585 (plus $400 to the mediator) and gained absolutely nothing from it. It feels like they were being paid to only do so much and they did the absolute bare minimum and I walked away with nothing. To make matters worse at the end of the zoom meeting the mediator told my attorney “it’s always a pleasure working with you”. It made me wonder how many fathers have walked away in the same situation as me and it made me question the integrity of the process and this law firm. After posting what was previously read I was given this response asking me to call to work towards a resolution. I just got off the phone with the attorney and she was confused as to why I was calling to speak about said resolution. The entire time I’ve worked with this firm I’ve been left in the dark. We had no gameplan going into meditation and never had a meeting prior to discuss how it would even play out. I found out during the mediation meeting I would have to pay $400 that day. Supposedly it was in paperwork that was sent to me but had we had any kind of communication during the time I paid the deposit to the day of mediation (approximately a month) it would have been understood as well as many other things. If you are looking to hire this firm I recommend exploring many other options.

One thing I can say is that they're very straightforward on what can happens if we take it further and to really weight my options. I really like the fact that they just didn't tell me anything that I wanted to hear and trying to get money from me. Will be in touch in the future. Thanks
