From the day I contacted Firouzbakht Law Firm until my case was settled Eric & his Staff was attentive to me the person rather than as a client. He has a down to earth personality that puts you at ease. My case was complicated from a legal standpoint but Eric's professionalism in handling the case resulted in me being compensated for my injuries. What I appreciated was the fact that he simply requested that I tell the truth and stand on integrity through out the process. He worked on the facts in order to represent my case. My partner originally contracted them to represent him because of a car accident he had and these people “dropped” his case mind you nobody reached out to him , he called for 2 weeks and every time he reached someone they said they would reach out later or that the lawyer was out .. so I told my partner to call but this time as a “new” client and they answered! He asked and the person told him they had to drop the case etc but why was it that we had to go to those lengths to call as a new client ?!? Why couldn’t they have told my partner when they first came to that conclusion. Why did they dodge him for 2 weeks ? How is it that you can answer the “new” Client line and not take care of the current clients you have. I cannot fathom the unsatisfactory and unprofessional behavior we received. So I advise ANYONE that’s looking to hire these people do your research and get a backup or simply don’t contract them to represent you.
