Their customer service is horrible over the phone. I called to make sure they’ve received my payment and I was transferred to a paralegal last name Anderson (he didn’t introduce himself I had to call back to get his name) and he was just flat out RUDE. It seemed like he was having a bad day and took it out on me. No one wants to work with rude people. Don’t recommend this office to anyone.
