Great service, my process was easy I was always kept informed. I am glad Simon and Fletcher was on my side on this process I would definitely recommend this firm to my friends and family.

In the last two years Holt and Young has helped the board of directors at several of the communities that I manage with raising the percentage of assessments collected. They are always available when I need them.

Holt and Young has represented many of the community associations I manage over a period of 10 years or more. They (very effectively) work to reduce the outstanding maintenance assessments and cure deed violations for our associations. Our job as managers can prove to be a challenge without good legal representation. David Mosier (our paralegal with H&Y) is an integral part of the Association Management team. H&Y legal status reports are easily understood and comprehensive. Many firms charge for a monthly status report. H&Y works with homeowners in a respectful manner which is very important to the Board of Directors for any community association.

They helped me at a very dark time. The insurance company for the other driver in my case had not contacted six months after my accident. My medical bills were piling up. Simmons and Fletcher were up front and honest with me regarding as to how my case could go and they took my case even though I had barely enough money for gas to get me Home never mind to pay an attorney. They told me that when I got paid so would they and they fought for me for some two years. They were constantly keeping me update. Zandra was angel answering all my and my wife’s questions.
