I was in a major accident in March 2017 - first accident in over 50 years of driving - not my fault. A 20 something was texting and driving and side swiped my vehicle doing 55 miles per hour. We had several insurance issues and of course Harvey slowed down everything at the courthouse in Houston. I am beyond grateful that I chose Simmons and Fletcher to represent me in this case. They stayed on top of the issues, informed me of every step along the way and were able to negotiate $225,000 in medical expenses so that I could receive some compensation after 2 surgeries. Stephanie Quinn is the BEST!!! She is professional, personable and very good at her job!
