The best service in the City of Houston. Ann Marie and Angie were so considerate of my situation, and was always there when I needed help. They definitely showed the highest level of care and concern that I have ever experienced. I recommend anyone needing services to use Simmons and Fletcher.

It was a rough start primarily because like everyone one else I didn’t understand the process of a lawsuit. You start to become frustrated with the thought that you are not receiving the appropriate amount of attention but you must further understand that it takes a while and it’s most of the time the fault of the insurance adjuster and not your lawyer. The people at simmions and fletcher are kind and patient even when you are completely out of line with them they are fighting on your behalf. They will go to bat for you and make sure that you receive everything that you deserve. GREAT lawyer nice people give them a chance to serve you. I am very happy with the outcome of my case.

My husband and I were in a car wreck a little over two years ago. My insurance company only wanted to pay a certain amount of my doctor bills so I reached out to Simmons & Fletcher. I was very anxious at first since I have never been in a situation like that. However, they made me comfortable from the start. They listened to me and made the whole process so easy. My case was assigned to Chris Fletcher. He was very thorough and explained everything to me prior to it happening so there were no surprises. Stephanie was great as well! She touched base with me and updated me often. She responded almost immediately with any questions I had. No one wants to be put in that situation, but they made the process so simple and painless! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Holt and Young along with Crest management are thieves and scam artists. I spoke to Bethany Mock from holt and young. She is very unprofessional, rude and unprepared. Which maybe why she's only a paralegal at firm. She tried to lie to me over phone and say she mailed a letter open to me in which she earlier stated in conversation she said was prepared but not yet mailed. I stated to her my calls was recorded and could prove that is what she said. I informed her I would not bet paying any money for her incompetence. She also tried to mislead me by emailing a piece of a letter. That my hoa sent me that stated I had til 2/15 not 2/05 to correct issue. In which she became rude and began to over talk me. This is the second time they have tried to scam me out of money. Stay away from this firm.
