I have enjoyed working with Holt & Young for many years and believe them to be one of the best HOA firms in Houston. The entire staff is friendly, responsive, professional and do a great job. The work they have done on collections at my communities has been outstanding. They are always at the top of my list of recommendations to new communities.

As a property manager working with Holt & Young P.C. makes my job so much easier from a legal stand point. The team of Russell, James, David, Luke, and the other staff members are always there to assist you with the answering about the governing documents or other legal questions. They truly deliver great customer service everytime you need them.

I am sad to say that my experiences with this firm have not been to my liking, considering I was referred by a good source. My agent was not on top of things. The person was out of the office more than in the office. Never returned my phone calls within 72 hours, etc. Why me? 😒 Please fix this🙏🙏🙏Communication wasn't executed properly at all😱😱😱👎👎👎

Great company to work with.

Stay away. Jeannette Flore was assigned to my dog bite incident. Dog bit me on my thigh and the dog owner was not willing to pay the medical bill cost out of my pocket. When I contacted Simmons and Fletcher, they assigned Jeannette Flore to handle the case. Once she took over the case it took 3 months to find out that dog owner's home owner insurance does not have coverage for dog bites and they no longer wants to handle the case. I understand the law is not right and not being able to handle the cases that they cannot make money out of, but process(contacting insurance company to find out about the dog owner's home owner policy) should have been much quicker. She only emailed the insurance company once without calling them. That 3 month waste of time made the dog owner more negligent to respond to me. I called Jeannette, left voice mail, email many times without return. It takes about 4~5 voice mail/e-mail and few days to get hold of her. Bottom line, I would never use this law firm.
