Lack of responsiveness and follow-up
“I am so disappointed with this firm. I put time and effort presenting my case. They accepted my case I sent them all the documents they needed. They said it was going to take some time to get my medical records and expert witness on my case. Couple weeks went by i sent them an email regarding updates on my case NO ANSWER.. So I figured they probably busy with my case. So couple days go by still did not receive an email so I decided to call and I left a voicemail still NO REPLY. Couple days later I get a letter in the mail my case was denied. AM LIKE WHAT??? Did yall accept my case already. We sign agreement forms etc I feel this was very unprofessional and I feel played.”
