They took their time to ensure i was being protected and secured on my end. Always asked if i needed anything else and always checked up on me. Experienced horrible accident but i can assure you that this was the right company to work with. HIGHLY vouch for them and recommend.

Beatriz was my case manager and she’s the best. Communicated with throughout the whole process. She was very responsive and would provide updates as soon as there were any changes. Beatriz explained every detail of the process. They were able to settle fairly and quickly. I highly recommend Beatriz as your case manager!

They were recommended by a friend, but I will tell you— FIND ANY OTHER FIRM. If you have a case with an actual injury, do not use AK. The entire experience has been frustrating and beyond disappointing. Extremely poor communication. Both my case and my daughter’s case were extremely neglected. Never any follow up on injuries outside of their “arranged for payout” services. No updates without continuously being the one to reach out. Multiple delays in case because things just hadn’t been done until I started calling constantly. Different information given from different parties, I can never get the same information twice. My accident resulted in an injury to myself and my minor child that has required on going serious treatment for a spinal injury, and not once has there been any follow up regarding her status. It’s been a year and 3 months of waiting for a very very low settlement that will not even cover a third of the medical expenses I’ve incurred and still have ahead of me. I’m aware that the other parties insurance was not adequate, and I can understand that, but the lack of urgency, the lack of communication and follow up, and the lack of consistent information make it clear that they are not client centric at all. They do not care. I feel as though they may prey on those who are in need or looking for any payout after an accident, and those who will just go along with whatever they say because they do not know any better. There is no intention of truly assisting and advocating for those who have done research on the processes and have been impacted for life. Even a simple phone call to check in would have made a world of difference, but instead I find myself fighting and advocating (with the firm I hired to help!!) for my child that has been walking around in pain for 15 months, ripped from the sport she trained her whole life for, without even as much as a courtesy call. I’m sure the rebuttal will be some legalese speak about the processes and limitations on the insurance, which I clearly understand, (As a long time insurance agent and claims settlement specialist- I know the process well) but regardless of the limitations there is no excuse for the lack of service and consideration received.
