Someone rear ended my car and caused me to hit the car infront of me on 11/3/21. It was 3 days before my 21st birthday and my younger cousin also passed away that same week before the accident from a car wreck. It was a bad week for me. I called different law firms and saw this one had good reviews at first but things started to quickly change. Unfortunately later that month, i got into another car wreck in a different car (i wasnt driving). A truck hit us from the side. Suprisingly, she was able to get her car fixed, get a rental, and get the money back. Her accident was after mine and way worse. I did the chiropractor appts and got my meds from the doc. After a while i started to get discouraged, because law firm wasn’t returning my calls. Also Allstate, a company they sent me to to send in photos of the damage, took forever to give me my claim estimate because they spelled my name wrong somehow. I had to call and figure out the problem. Fast forward to december 22, I had finally got the claim and was told to go to the shop. Allstate said to buy the rental and they will reimburse but i dont have any money bc my transportation to work is destroyed and was told not to drive for my safety and others. So now it’s January 12th, I have built up debt, I may be getting evicted this week (this is my first apartment), I tried finding a job I can walk to (it didnt work), my car is still messed up and i dont have any money!!! I dont even have enough gas money to start going back to the appointments. And they always say they are going to call back and NEVER do!!! This is not how i wanted my new year to start. Unlike me, Im pretty sure the person who hit me had a well christmas and new year considering i was never paid my reparations. I’m done being too nice and giving the benefit of the doubt. They are not communicating.

Sylvia has been so, so, so helpful! And also very pleasant to work with. I would recommend working with her a million times over.

Aida was very helpful from the beginning and as I was going through the medical treatment process she explained each step and the benefits for the road to recovery. Aida stayed in contact with me and checked on my condition to make sure my health was improving. I am grateful for Aida on the effort to help me throughout this difficult time.
