This is my second experience with this law firm, and I must say I am quite disappointed. I’ve never written a negative review before, but the customer service was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. My first experience with this firm was excellent—Julio and the team were friendly, informative, and responsive. Unfortunately, this time has been a completely different story. I’ve had a difficult time reaching anyone in the office. I’ve called my case manager, Deborah Rodriguez, and my other case manager, Trevor, multiple times, leaving numerous voicemails and texts with no response for weeks. This has happened several times throughout the process. It shouldn’t be this hard to get in touch with someone. I requested assistance with the portal several times to check for updates, hoping to avoid reaching out directly, but I received no help. Not sure what has changed but I can't imagine that I would ever use them again or refer them to anyone.
