If I could give them a zero I would. Communication is terrible. I can’t even count how many case workers have been assigned to my case and no one ever seems to know what’s going on. We’re coming up to a year of dealing with this mess, do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and headaches and find you another attorney. I’m dealing with another attorney for a separate case with a family member and it involves a death and they were able to answer all my questions. As far as Kumar law firm they can’t even tell you what the other parties coverage is! Run far away from this company. Update: Mr. Kumar had one of his colleagues contact me last Monday and take over my case as he was unaware of what was going on. He was very informative and assured me he was going to take care of my case and was able to answer my questions that I have been asking since the case began. I feel confident it will be taken care of the process will now move smoothly. Once my case is closed I will update my review again with the outcome. Update as of 9/01/21: 5 months later from my initial review (a total of 16 months) and at least 4 plus different people in addition to the ones from my initial post working my case and no one can give me an accurate update everyone’s updates are so conflicting I don’t know what to believe. I thought there was hope but unfortunately not. At this point I want this case over and done with so I can move on with life and never have to deal with this unorganized company. Update: 10/16/21: My case has finally settled and I’m pleased with the outcome. Maria and Julio were the last to help on the case and they seemed to be knowledgeable of their job as this final process was a breeze.
