I had a very god experience with Mr. Breston and his law firm! They kept be updated with my case until the end, Mr. Breston once he give you a price for his service he keeps his word! unlike other attorneys who keeps milking you and keep asking for more money because their main goal and focus is on $$$$ that is not Mr. Breston and his law firm He is fair and he cares about his clients! David Breston gave me the quickest expungement(called expunction in Texas). I was at a young age(early 20s) and told him about how my mom passed away and left money for me to clean my record and hire a lawyer. No one was hiring me. He charged me a cheaper price and helped me as soon as possible. Changed my life, and now, I work at a laboratory(where I would not be approved to work if I did not have this), and my life is great! I needed a copy of my expunction after years of needed it for an immigration process. I filed for a consultation at night, and he called me through his phone personally minutes later. He told me to come in and get a copy. He still had it saved and handed me a copy without the appointment needed.

I hired Mr. Breston not knowing if he would be able to help. My husband had been detained in another county. And not a county a couple a miles away. This was about 6 hours away for an outstanding warrant from Houston . Since our first conversation he assured me that this felony charge was trash and would be dismissed and he sure did. He brought me into the office and he explained everything in detail. His staff would always respond to any questions I had. In about 3 weeks this night mare was over he was able to dismiss the case.
