Great service easy and very dependable I had no worries

This hands down is the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding. His name holds weight in the court rooms so if you're looking look no further this right here is the GUY! A case that should have taken a year or longer got dismissed in under 6 months that's just my experience but overall Mr. Breston is a cool dude.

Since we first came with Mr. Breston he took action right away. From lowering the bail bond (250k) to just having to pay 2,500. Representing and defending my grandfather in court, then filling a motion to quash and set aside the charges/case. Which got granted by the judge. On this very difficult and confusing case that not many would’ve taken action or know how to handle it, Mr. Breston gave it his all and won. Thanks to him my grandfather is a free innocent man. (All under a year, may I add)

Thank you David Breston, for lowering my charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. Just two. Years of probation I have to face sure it will go smooth

David Breston is where you want to put your money, and who you would want to entrust your freedom to. My loved one first encountered Mr. Breston when arrested in Fort Bend County for a Harris County felony warrant. Mr. Breston facilitated an out of county bond by giving me a phone number to a Fort Bend Bondsman to call and give HIS name to, and within 48 hours Harris County had the bond to begin the process of getting my loved one home. Once home, David then represented my loved one (who is a very, very, very difficult person to work with) on the felony robbery that he was presently on deferred adjudication for / warrant, in addition to a new felony charge for assault. He threatened to sign-off on the cases due to my loved one's uncooperativeness and behavior, but he expressed to me that he really wanted to help my, so he instead worked with me through the end of his two felony cases. His fees were lower than any other attorney I'd consulted within Harris County, and he allowed me to pay through a monthly payment plan that was affordable for my budget. The agony he endured trying to represent my loved one would certainly justify a significant price increase, but the price he initially quoted never changed. He fought with the same tenacity from beginning to end as though he was one of the overpriced and less competent attorneys you’ve likely consulted with. Just a lil insight-my loved one's criminal history include 2 PRIOR felony convictions out of Harris County with numerous misdemeanor convictions. David Breston got the felony robbery that he was on deferred for DISMISSED...and... got the new felony assault charge DISMISSED! Every call I placed to his office was returned within 4 hours with every question and concern addressed, and he provided unsolicited updates along the way. In addition to all of this, I contacted Mr. Breston to represent my loved one on yet another out-of-county felony charge, and while he was unable to represent him, he did refer us to a phenomenal Travis County Criminal Defense Attorney whom he regarded as his mentor, who has obviously coached Mr. Breston very well according to his own personal practices and experiences. So, you'll also gain access to a network of attorneys with the same professional ethics as David Breston. I hope this helps someone because I know that searching the internet for a good attorney is pretty much a gamble. From five-star reviews with only two sentences to say why they gave five-stars, or countless advertisements from attorneys with edited and filtered reviews on their sites, that are looking to get rich quick off every client the encounter, I’m sure you’ve wasted enough time searching. Just call David Breston, I promise, you will not be disappointed. --Now, I'm about to call him to represent ANOTHER loved one on an immigration case. And if he can’t take the case, I trust that he will send me to someone who can!
