Came to Mr. Breston to help settle my DWI case. Cost was affordable and payment methods were accommodating. Great set of defense routes that he had incase something popped up in my case. Eventually went on the suitable route to get my case dismissed. will hire again, if ever need to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 10/10

Hired David because my father had been on probation for 10 years then they added another 5, because he simply couldn't afford a better lawyer. This was a tough white collar crime. My father was diagnosed with Dementia and David was super understanding about the issue and able to get my fathers probation terminated. My father is the happiest he has ever been thanks to David. This was a first degree felony and David was able to terminate the probation swiftly.

I recently retained the law office of David Breston to have a blemish on my record from 46 years ago expunged. I had been informed all those years ago that my record had been cleared, only to recently and unexpectedly discover that the expunction had never happened. David Breston and his assistant Gracie Garcia acted quickly and divisively to have the 46 year old records found and the expunction completed.
