Honestly he’s the best , I came to David so last minute . Not put together at all , and he helped me so much he’s very good at communicating and I’m not so I felt really bad . He did more then enough for me and it’s truly appreciated .

I was in a horrible place for being wrongfully arrested for DWI when I wasn’t even drunk😔 I found David Breston online and called him on a Saturday after I was released literally in tears! He picked up the phone (the call went through his personal cell) and made appointment for next week! It took 5 months!! but him and his team Alma got me the dismissal of the case! He was very positive from day one and promised he will dismiss the case since I blew under the limit and they had no ground for arresting me and that’s exactly what he did! I didn’t even plea to traffic violation! Just walked out of the court! Their fees also are way more reasonable than others!! Now I’m working on a different case with their law firm since I had a good experience! God bless you all

Had got into some legal troubles and tried searching for all kinds of attorneys. Eventually I had got a call from Mr. Breston and was very personable. Asked plenty of questions to get the scope of the situation. After 6 months of battling with the court and his legal group helping my case was dismissed. Couldn't have been happier with how the situation resolved

He is great he will do what he need to do make sure you do the right decision so he can help you out . One advice for out their people friend are not friend if you got in trouble. Make sure u think about it before doing something is not worth it to be involved in big debt if you don't have money to pay for them stay out of trouble best way. I hope I don’t land in any more trouble but if I do I’m calling David! I had a charge that I thought I was going down for, but David put the boxing gloves on and knocked my case out!
