I don't think I could every express my gratitude for how hard the law office of David Breston worked on my case. He worked day and night to prove my charges where false! He and his legal team worked diligently to put together the facts needed that got my charges "No Billed" by the Grand Jury! He always answered his phone....never left me wondering, afraid, or nervous about the competency of this team! I will refer all my clients, friends, and family if they ever find themselves to need any legal advice! I would have probably lost my career and future if he did not do the research that was needed on my specialized case! Thank You David and the Staff for Everything! I will never forget it!

I met David Breston when I was at my absolute wits end. I had spent days upon days calling and meeting with lawyers. I was exhausting myself with interviews and lawyer after lawyer turning down my husbands case. I called David’s office and was greeted by his legal team and informed David would call me back soon. I didn’t think anything of it until he called me 20 minutes later. After spending some time speaking with David, he agreed to take my husbands case for less than a quarter of what other lawyers had quoted me. My husband and I met with David and we were instantly assured that David would do everything he could for his case. He was always open and honest with us. He never made any unrealistic promises or gave us false hope. He was straight to the point and if he didn’t have an answer he would do everything he could to find us one. After 3 grueling years of fighting with the courts, David got our case DISMISSED. We owe our entire future to David Breston and cannot begin to thank him enough for the great kindness and exemplary legal aide he provided. He will forever be a trusted friend and someone we will instantly refer to anyone who needs his services. David Breston is a very caring and involved lawyer. Unfortunately for me, I have needed a lawyer three times over the last 4 years. Fortunately for me, I engaged David to help me out each of these times. He has life experiences that he shares with his clients. I just didn't listen until the third time. Giving him 3 stars. In our initial meeting he was on the phone while I was telling him about my false report case he didn’t really seem interested. I gave him a shot anyway. He was able to dismiss the case but accepted the case to be a child abuse report instead of false report. Now I am triying to renew my residency and after talking to 2 attorneys they told me he shouldn’t have accepted the child abuse/report just false report. He did dismiss the charges but with a catch. He didn’t really seem interested in my case since the start and I felt as if though I was lying. Let’s say he did half of his job since he did dismiss the case but after accepting the name of the case it’s going to be hard to renew my residency and later my citizenship.
