Jessica Owens helped me out reaching a settlement that was doable and ALSO getting me a very reasonable payment plan. The creditor told me they could only do one or the other, but Jessica at Weston Legal managed to get me both. I had a great experience. I was very anxious about even hiring a lawyer, but I'm so glad I did. Even adding on legal fees, I'm still going to pay less overall than the creditor told me was possible. Thank you!

I contacted Weston legal and was put in touch with Trent Sims about a debt I was being sued for and this case went on for probably about several years going back and forth with the debt collector on a old debt. We offered settlements and the debtor would not accept any of our offers. When the case finally went before the Court Trent and his staff were able to get it dismissed. I have been very pleased with Trent and Weston legal for helping me in this time. I had never been through anything like this before and he completely took over and did an awesome job helping me through a difficult time. Their fees are very reasonable and easy to pay for each month until paid off. I could not have done it without Trent and his team at Weston legal. I would definitely recommend them to a person going through a situation like this. Let me say this was the best experience one could have in dealing with a large law firm. Weston Legal exceeded my expectations. Stephanie who was our paralegal was absolutely fabulous! I cant say enough good things about her. Every time I needed something or would email her she answered within a few hours if not immediately. There was no wondering if you would ever here back or waiting for some kind of response. Stephanie was very prompt in answering my questions and explained everything in great detail. Not to mention a few times emailing her after hours late at night and I would still get a response or call immediately. Just WOW is all I can say! Give this girl a RAISE!! As for our attorney it just happened to be Mr. Pete Weston and he did not disappoint! We had a meeting with him before the creditor meeting and he went over what we should expect in great detail.
