This my personal experience. Others may have had better experiences. I won the case against me (it was dropped), yet I'm still giving it a bad review. That should tell you something. I didn't speak to the attorney at all. It was the paralegal the whole time. I suppose that's how things work, but he seemed very uninterested in helping. I was the one asking all the questions, and I'm referring to basic question one shouldn't been asking. Questions they should have answered before they're even asked. He just seemed to be playing middle man, while I'm off "fighting the battle" on my own. An attorney should be in front, fighting for you, that's the whole point, yet, I felt that he was just the advisor. It was only when I started asking serious questions that the other party backed off. This may be a little paranoid of me but it even gave me the impression that they were working w/ the other party, maybe had a little secret deal. That's just me, tho.

Pete Weston and he’s team were extremely thoughtful and sincerely understanding on our feelings regarding our situation. Poor Melissa Cruz had to deal with my anxiety with everything. Kudos for being there when I was falling apart. I would recommend them to anyone that needs expert advise, they take good care of you. Thank you again

My experience was great, I was very nervous to start as I've never been in any type of lawsuit before. However Weston Legal made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my case.
