Mr. Swain has been my "go to" lawyer for nearly 20 years. He has helped me with Real Estate transactions, Business Formations and Dissolutions, Business Agreements and Estate Planning.
I have found him to be responsive, competent and highly professional.
When I have approached Tyler with issues outside his expertise he has introduced expert lawyers including employment law and sale of businesses, sometimes putting together a team to best accomplish the task. I highly recommend him.

After appointing Tyler as our chief Executor we requested that he also prepare our Wills. Our situation was more complex than most with a 501(c)(3) to consider and international connections. Tyler prepared all the documentation to our satisfaction, and there have also been one or two updates necessary, also carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

Tyler Swain is an experienced attorney when it comes to probate, Estate planning, and Real estate purchases and sales.. Tyler helped write our wills and my moms will. Tyler helped us through probate once my mom died and meditation to help settle the estate with my siblings. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and capable in his area of law. Tyler has also helped us with the purchase of a house that saved us a lot of money and time.
